TAG Heuer is known for their need for speed; from the United States to London TAG Heuer influences on racing is undeniable.  That’s why the TAG Heuer Photographic Exhibition, September 2 - 20, at the Mall Galleries in London is creating such a buzz.  In the exhibition, TAG Heuer celebrates British Formula 1 drivers with unique insider photography.  Curated by TAG Heuer Ambassador Lewis Hamilton, Damon Hill and Sir Stirling Moss, this event is sure to be a hit.

Sir Stirling Moss commented recently on the exhibit by saying, ‘This is a fascinating collection drawn from across the years.  The exhibition will provide an amazing opportunity to see just how much Formula 1 has transformed. It also underlines the phenomenal contribution Britain has made and continues to make in world motorsport. It’s a great privilege to be involved.’

The excitement of the exhibit cannot be denied.  Damon Hill, world champion 1996 recently also comments about the exhibit.  ‘When you see a picture of Stirling Moss downing a bottle of pop after a three-hour grand prix, and his face is caked in oil and grit, you realize the work that they have gone through.  Plus, in those days it was a lot more dangerous,’ he continues. ‘This is where the photographs almost show the thoughts of the drivers. Before the race, there’s this incredible tension; they knew when they were setting off that they didn’t have a particularly good statistical chance of surviving. Afterwards there’s this relief. Today’s drivers don’t think in terms of whether they will survive the next two hours. They think in terms of the result they can get.’
TAG Heuer enthusiast stay tuned here for more updates on this astounding exhibit or check it out for yourself at Mall Galleries, 17 Carlton  House Terrace, London, SW1Y5BD, info@mallgalleries.com.  Admission is free.
